The Process Improvement Manager will be a critical resource to the Performance Office and within Acuity’s Technology Solutions Group, our corporate innovation department. The role will be responsible for fostering a culture of process persistence and adoption utilizing Acuity’s defined organizational processes. This role will serve as a hands-on facilitator with (a) Acuity’s corporate functions, (b) Business Units, (c) client delivery project teams, and (d) employees, helping each entity deliver performance excellence and value across its services, programs, and corporate functions. This role will significantly impact the management and upkeep of Acuity’s standardized processes and ultimately help Acuity achieve its business objectives.
