Acuity, Inc. seeks a dynamic, self-motivated Sr. Project Manager with experience leading project teams. Your expertise will facilitate the execution of IT projects by evaluating project feasibility; establishing, developing, implementing, and controlling project plans; supporting operations; and analyzing project results.   In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. You will take projects from original concept through final implementation and interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, technical/feature team, and stakeholders. You will define project scope, objectives and product vision; develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. You will also conduct project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. In doing this, you will ensure adherence to quality standards, while managing the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. You will ensure all required project artifacts are completed accurately and on time.  You will also provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Identifies and monitors project risks, escalating as appropriate. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Able to perform to responsibilities utilizing agile and waterfall software methodologies, while supporting customization of COTS, Open Source software, and custom development.
