Overview

Acuity is seeking a highly capable Management Analyst to support a fast-paced DHS mission environment. This role partners with stakeholders to streamline processes, advance data and reporting capabilities, and guide technology and system improvements across a diverse portfolio of programs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to elicit, document, and clarify business, data, and system requirements.
  • Support process improvement efforts, organizational design updates, and technology modernization planning.
  • Translate mission needs into actionable recommendations for system enhancements, reporting, and data management.
  • Prepare analysis, dashboards, and reports using data from multiple program systems.
  • Support lifecycle activities including planning, deployment, training, communications, and transition to O&M.
  • Manage task tracking and documentation using tools such as Jira
  • Evaluate UI/UX needs and provide input to improve user experience for new and evolving systems.
  • Coordinate cloud-related work and cross-platform activities involving ServiceNow, Salesforce, AWS, or Azure.
  • Lead or support change management activities to drive user adoption and readiness.
  • Maintain knowledge bases, mailbox triage, and user-support processes following system deployments.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, training products, and customer support materials.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience supporting federal programs across business analysis, process improvement, system lifecycle activities, or mission-focused technology projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior government stakeholders and drive consensus across complex initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience working within DHS or other federal agencies, with a solid understanding of federal consulting environments.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, documentation, and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including the ability to brief leadership and produce high-quality deliverables.
  • Effective facilitation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work across diverse functional and technical teams.
  • US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
