Experience:
- 10+ years of experience supporting federal programs across business analysis, process improvement, system lifecycle activities, or mission-focused technology projects.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior government stakeholders and drive consensus across complex initiatives.
- Hands-on experience working within DHS or other federal agencies, with a solid understanding of federal consulting environments.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, documentation, and actionable recommendations.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including the ability to brief leadership and produce high-quality deliverables.
- Effective facilitation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work across diverse functional and technical teams.
- US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
