The ideal candidate blends strong analytical capability with hands-on experience in Agile delivery, executive reporting, and data-driven decision support. In this role, you will work closely with mission and technical stakeholders, drive clarity across fast-moving initiatives, and help guide teams through strategy, planning, development, and execution. Your leadership, communication skills, and ability to navigate organizational change will be essential to delivering successful outcomes.

Our experts support projects in the areas of IT Modernization, Data Enablement, and Hyperautomation to help protect our national interests and keep people safe. If you have technical experience and a passion for making a difference, we might be the right fit for you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic planning, change management, performance management, and human-centered design support to guide the customer’s business and technology initiatives.
  • Translate evolving mission needs and leadership priorities into a coherent, executable strategy that spans systems, services, policy, information sharing, and operational practices.
  • Build comprehensive roadmaps that define milestones, dependencies, timelines, and risks across domains such as policy, workforce development, interagency coordination, and system modernization.
  • Document current-state workflows and design future-state workflows that highlight stakeholders, pain points, integration points, and business processes.
  • Develop clear business rules and business requirements that inform technical requirements, policy updates, design mockups, and future solution development.
  • Identify key value drivers and KPIs, define impact criteria, and establish a prioritization approach for leadership decision making and resource allocation.
  • Lead the creation of mockups, prototypes, and visual concepts using human-centered design methods to communicate desired end states and gather stakeholder input.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, feedback sessions, and review meetings to validate roadmaps, workflows, and other strategic work products.
  • Coordinate with mission, policy, and technical teams to support implementation activities, track progress, and surface risks that require leadership action.
  • Prepare high-quality briefings, presentations, and documentation to communicate strategy, recommendations, and progress to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 10+ of experience supporting strategy, organizational change, or program delivery efforts for large enterprises or government agencies.
  • At least three (3) years of direct experience supporting federal programs, including coordination with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to lead collaborative efforts across multiple groups, build consensus, and drive progress toward shared goals.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile or iterative delivery environments, including writing user stories and supporting SDLC activities.
  • Familiarity with IT concepts such as requirements management, testing, deployment, data management, or system modernization.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to brief leadership and produce clear, high-quality documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or relevant IT/security certifications preferred but not required.

Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance.
