Responsibilities

Acuity is seeking a highly skilled junior to mid Endpoint Management Engineer to support the design, implementation, and management of a cloud printing initiative at the Department of State (DOS).  The primary purpose of this engineering position is to help drive the design and implementation of DOS’ cloud printing project to provide print capabilities to end users in various bureaus and offices as well as U.S. embassies and consulates overseas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study AND at least five years in IT related experience
  • Accomplished implementing a cloud printing solution.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced using and implementing Microsoft Universal Print
  • Experienced with Azure Cloud, Azure AD, Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune
  • Validate technical onboarding process across DOS environments
  • Produce onboarding processes
  • Support management of managed internet devices in Microsoft technology stack for government client
  • Manage solution architecture, deployments and application and device support
  • Provide hands on Tier 3 support to DoS customers
  • Provide support to the client in administering deployment of policies (configuration and compliance) to Intune configured devices
  • Monitor cloud print deployment status
  • Respond to complex user issues escalated from Tier-2 as related to cloud printing devices; ensuring support requests are handled per the Service Level Agreement via Tier 3 troubleshooting
  • Manage complex device policies/configurations using the MS InTune platform
  • Respond to security issues as identified
  • Create new device configurations based on operating system changes, new capabilities needed, etc.

  • Microsoft Intune management experience
  • Entra ID experience
  • Configuration profile creation and deployment
  • Azure AD group management
  • Application packaging and deployment
  • Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
  • Mobile Device Management experience (iOS, Android) nice to have
  • Effective and independent troubleshooter
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication skills

Clearance Requirement:

  • Must have an Active DOD Secret clearance or higher
