Systems/Business Analyst

What you 'll be doing:

• Supporting an application delivery program by understanding and documenting requirements, dependencies and constraints.
• Acting as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Producing supporting documentation to include requirements, flow charts, technical and training documentation.  
• Providing end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and addressing any issues or concerns.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of capturing, validating, and refining business requirements for systems design and development.
• Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in a client-facing capacity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work across distributed teams.
• Experience working within Agile software development environment.
• Ability to support creation and maintenance of user support documentation.
• Ability to support system quality and verification in collaboration with other team members.

Desired Skills:

• Previous consulting experience
• Lean six sigma certification
• Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
• Requirements (intermediate)
• Change Management  &Communications (Intermediate)

Clearance Requirements:

• TS/SCI w/Poly
