Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in information management, business administration, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
- Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
Desired Skills:
- ITIL Foundations.
- Experience with business process reengineering, configuration management, quality control assurance, organizational performance assessments, mission analysis, and strategic planning preferably within an IT organization.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Process mapping experience.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have active Secret clearance verifiable in JPAS.
