Endpoint Management Engineer - InTune

Working in a federal client space to support Microsoft Intune cloud-based endpoint management solution. Work includes managing user access to application and device management across a variety of devices, including mobile devices, desktop computers, and virtual endpoints.  Role supports protecting access and data on organization-owned and user’s personal devices. Supports compliance and reporting features for the Zero Trust Architecture.

• Support management of managed internet devices in Microsoft technology stack for government client. 
• Manage solution architecture, deployments and application and device support. 
• Provide hands on support to DoS customers.
• Provide support to the client in administering deployment of policies (configuration and compliance) to Intune configured devices.
• Monitor application deployment status.
• Ensure support requests are handled per the Service Level Agreement via Tier 3 troubleshooting.

• Windows Autopilot registration and deployment
• Configuration profile creation and deployment
• Understanding of App Protection Policies
• Understanding of Compliance Policies
• Azure AD group management
• Application packaging and deployment
• Windows 10 administration and troubleshooting
• Effective and independent troubleshooter
• Strong problem solving skills
• Clear communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Microsoft HoloLens 2s
• Experience with Microsoft Surface HUB 2s
• Experience with MacOS administration

Clearance Requirement:

• Must have an Active DOD Secret clearance or higher
