Database Support Analyst

What you 'll be doing:

• Evaluate system performance and design, as well as its effect on data quality.
• Collaborate with database developers to improve data collection and storage processes.
• Run data queries to identify coding issues and data exceptions, as well as cleaning data.
• Gather data from primary or secondary data sources to identify and interpret trends.
• Report data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs.
• Document processes and maintaining data records.

Required Skills:

• Experience with statistical packages, such as MS Excel, SAS, and SPSS.
• Practical experience conditioning large data sets (500k+ rows).
• In-depth knowledge of data quality methods and tests.
• Knowledge of creating/managing Tableau workbooks and visualizations.
• Knowledge of Customer Personal Security Processes.
• Knowledge of best practices in data analysis.
• Knowledge of Personal Security Clearance Processes (including investigation, adjudication and maintenance processes).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
