Lead Mulesoft Developer

Acuity, Inc. searching for Lead Mulesoft Developers.

We currently have an opening for a Lead Mulesoft Developer. We are looking for someone to join a core team with expertise in application development, DevSecOps, cloud engineering, and more. You will ensure the successful execution of our client’s mission through development and deployment of new and exciting features.

• Coordinate with Software Architect, Developers, other technical team members, government stakeholders, and experts. 
• Work with the product owner and business users to assist in the discovery/engineering of technical requirements. 
• Design, develop, and orchestrate APIs using MuleSoft. 
• Employ automated DevSecOps tools and technologies with proficiency. 
• Debug and troubleshoot issues that arise during development and testing. 
• Establish proper standards for development, governance, and operational lifecycle with stakeholders. 
• Identify ongoing risks/pain points throughout the project and implement mitigation measures. 
• Assess the current environment and conduct a gap analysis. 
• Develop detailed technical integration architecture and design specifications. 

Knowledge & Skills 
 

• 8 years of enterprise IT experience  
• Exp. using MuleSoft to build APIs and integration services 
• Exp. with Agile development methodologies 
• Extensive knowledge and exp. with API Mgmt. technologies and standards 
• Expertise in delivering enterprise-level technical solutions for complex business requirements 
• Hands-on experience in API security (i.e., client ID/client key, OAUTH2, JWT and similar)  
• Knowledge of automated DevSecOps tools and technologies preferred but not required. 
   

Education 
 

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering or other related scientific or technical discipline required. 

Clearance

• United States Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.  Cleared with DHS is a plus.
