Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Acuity is growing and looking to hire an additional Software Quality Assurance Specialist to support one of our premier federal clients.  Acuity, Inc. seeks a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience, knowledge and technical skills for a position as a Quality Assurance Specialist.

What you 'll be doing:

Assist with quality assurance and maintenance of existing legacy applications and transition to a new system architecture.

Required Skills:

• Create and maintain an automated test environment for the client 

• Automated test script creation and processing using Selenium or other recommended automated testing products

• Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures and documentation

• Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing

• Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance

• Test and qualify functional behavior of code

• Conduct unit and functional testing on bug fixes

Desired Skills:

• Experience in testing web-based applications including those with databases and web services/APIs

Clearance Requirements:

• TS/SCI w/Poly
