CMDB Analyst

We are looking for new talent to add to our growing team and are currently hiring a CMDB Senior Analyst. Although the position is remote, we are only considering local candidates at this time per the government's request.

• Produces technical documentation based on user stories and/or business requirements
• Provides extensive knowledge of asset management, Agile and ITIL business processes
• Facilitates requirements gathering sessions and accurately presents requirements for client acceptance
• Performs system analysis of client processes; documents and develops process flows
• Provides analyst support for the configuration, customization, and administration of the CMDB
• Promotes best practice implementations of CMDB development in large-scale federal environment
• Establishes and documents business process-related user stories
• Perceives and gathers requirements related to business process and system analysis workflows
• Works as part of a team on client engagements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent related field experience)
• Must have proven background applying Agile methodology
• Extensive knowledge in Asset, Change, and Configuration Management processes
• Experience with using and configuring CMDB tools
• Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB
• Familiarity of various hardware and software technologies and how to map that to a CI data classification model with attributes
• Working knowledge of the interrelationships between ITIL processes, including Asset Management, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management
• Strong commitment to data quality
• Strong interpersonal and team orientation skills in working with various levels of technical and business-oriented individuals
• Confident presentation and facilitation skills
• ITIL® Foundation, intermediate, or expert certifications
• Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB

Preferred/Desired Qualifications

• Previously supported a ServiceNow development project as an Analyst
• Prior experience in a consulting environment

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have an Active Secret-level government clearance
