Acuity is looking for an Account Executive to support our growth initiative within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated goal-oriented go-getter and closer who is autonomous, organized, methodical, punctual, detail-oriented, a confident individual looking to lead the demand generation and direct sales in a defined account.
The Account Executive-DHS is primarily responsible for leading and managing the demand generation and direct sales on a defined account or territory. This role requires the execution of the entire sales process from business development prospecting and qualifications through contract negotiations. The Account Executive-DHS is also responsible for post-sales support to maximize revenue growth and increase market share. The Account Executive-DHS must have relationships and a thorough understanding of the buying and procurement process for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, this role is responsible for influencing and capturing both short and long-term revenue. This person will have had past and current experience, relationships and a thorough understanding of the federal procurement process for agencies such as USCIS, CBP, TSA, USCG, USAF and ICE.
