Overview

Acuity Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics SME to help support the dynamic and fast paced project within our client's Microsoft Enterprise SharePoint environment.

  

The Subject Matter Expert will serve on a focused, small team to design, develop, intergrate, deploy, maintain, enhance, train and provide governance support for the client's Microsoft SharePoint and its related Microsoft Power Platform, Office 365, Dynamics, SQL Server, .NET products, technologies, and cloud services shared service platform, which will be used by the agency to modernize and migrate systems to the cloud. The successful candidate will be a motivated team-player with the desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment. 

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for

  • Security, enterprise architecture, enterprise systems, service-oriented architectures, and interoperability.
  • Experience deploying applications in the cloud, working in agile and DevOps methodologies within large scale application development environment.
  • Demonstrated direct hands-on experience in architecting and growing flexible, scalable, and highly available systems.
  • The Architect shall provide expertise in architecture and design of services and systems in the support of the various customer applications and its applicaiton security.
  • This will include service specifications to architect high-performing enterprises, integration specifications, and its associated DevSecOps models.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the creation of mid-to-enterprise level software systems
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in designing, documenting and developing web-based and stand-alone software applications with MS Dynamics
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in designing, documenting and developing software applications with the MS Power
  • Must have intermediate level skills in the following technologies;
    • Dynamics/Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas apps)
    • Power Automate
    • Dataverse/CDS custom plugins
    • C#
    • Javascript
    • TypeScript
    • React
    • PCF Components
    • CSS
  • Experience in design and implementation of SOAP and RESTful web services
  • Experience with integrating Dynamics solutions in Office 365 and Azure cloud environments
  • Experience with automated configuration processes and tools such as PowerShell DSC including installation, administration and coding AND experience facilitating developer training
  • Experience with designing, implementing and supporting a DevSecOps environment (code repository, binary repository, continuous integration/delivery, error tracking)
  • Experience with producing and grooming Agile product backlogs and interacting with Product Owners
  • High comfort level with demoing or speaking direct to the customer
  • Requirements gathering and analysis

 Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in the following are desirable: PowerShell, DevOps (especially CI/CD pipelines), Azure Functions, Azure Blob Storage

 Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have an Active Secret clearance or higher, verifiable in JPAS
