Acuity, Inc. seeks a senior-level Process Improvement Analyst to directly support a highly-visible Federal customer. Acuity supports key Federal Government clients and we are looking for a dynamic individual to act in an advisory and practical capacity to our client within the Department of State. Prior experience in the federal space, especially within Department of State, is preferred.
As a Process Improvement Analyst, you will provide recommendations, guidance, and hands-on support to carry out IT service management (ITSM), financial management, project management, and executive support functions in alignment with the client’s functional and strategic goals. You will be a trusted advisor throughout the engagement, with an understanding of the full scope of the client organization, including system operations and maintenance, Tier 2 user support responsibilities, data center operations and customers, and intra and interagency agreements. You will identify pain points and improvement opportunities to recommend and lead process changes that effect successful operations and customer support.
